Delivery & Shipping

The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (in stock, shipping later or made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

In Stock
It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! In Stock items typically ship within 7 business days from the purchase date. Kindly note that in-stock engraved and monogrammed items usually ship within 10 business days from the purchase date.

Shipping Later
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it, and your order will be added in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Made to order (including engravings and monograms)
Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly. These pieces include our Milestone collection (engagement rings and wedding bands), engravables and monogrammed pieces.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping on orders . For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express Shipping options.

What shipping method do you use?
All dissoo jewelry is currently shipped DHL. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes, a signature is required for orders over $500. Be sure to ship your order to an address where you or someone else (concierge, etc.) will be available to sign.

When will my order ship?
Our shipping and processing times depend on the items you've ordered. Orders will ship approximately 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Most of our made-to-order jewelry ships in 10-12 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking as soon as it is mailed out.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, all international orders are shipped DHL, depending on shipping location. We do not offer free shipping or expedited shipping for international orders. The cost of shipment will be calculated and provided for you at checkout.

Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our logistics team can work with you to estimate your order ETA. Any international shipping cost incurred at time of checkout is non-refundable. Customers will also not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an international shipment is refused by the receiver.

If your country is not available to receive an order shipment, please email support@dissoojewelry.com and we will assist you. If an order is sent back to DISSOO due to insufficient or incorrect address or due to no answer, the order will be canceled or the customer will have to pay for shipping again for any further delivery efforts requested by the customer. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to the vendor (US Postal Service/UPS) for shipping. Thus, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.
